For the past 30 years I have provided visionary leadership in the municipal, corporate, and educational platforms within the City of Rochester and County of Monroe.
My experience with the Rochester Police Department, Paychex and the Rochester City School District have developed and prepared me to provide proactive strategic solutions to the most difficult challenges every city across the country faces; low high school graduation, high unemployment and increased poverty. I am an innovator of adult and youth programming that offers our youth and young adults career development strategies that promote hope, builds tradition within the family and produces productive tax paying citizens.
Currently, I am the innovator of Poles Career Academy Training Center, where the mission consists of offering our youth career development strategies in pursuing a career in Public Safety: Police and Security, Firefighting, Emergency Communication (911) and Medical Services with AMR (formerly Rural/Metro).
The theme of my vision is that a City that invests in its youth will receive a return on investment by “Dividends Of Service” and the reduction of Public Safety resources within a four-year time period.
Honored for his body of work over two decades, Robert Poles Jr. has received several community service awards: the prestigious Samuel McCree Community Service Award, Rochester City School District Appreciation Award and several Chief’s letters of recognition for “Outstanding Service” in the community.
What do my programs offer?
