What do my programs offer?
Transformation:
To Superintendents of urban centers: “The US Department of Education (USDOE)
reports that my school district, Rochester City School District (RCSD) has the highest poverty
rate among public districts in New York State (NYS), and it enrolls the largest percentage of
students who are ethnic minority in NYS. Certainly, we are not the exception to the rule, and
poor graduation rate is the earliest benchmark that perpetuates the beginning of the end in most urban communities.
Poles’ Career Academy of Public Service is the agent of change that facilitates transformation of our students throughout the continuum of high school (Career Pathways to Public Safety Program), college (PREP for Public Safety Recruits) and into adulthood (RONIC Project) for those who have the passion to contribute to society and become a part of the solution and not the problem."
Freedom:

To City officials of urban centers: “If you still don’t have the answers to the plights that continue to hold your city socially and financially hostage, I have solutions for you.
solutions.” To reduce generational poverty this Program offers community youth and young adults employment, educational incentives at a reduced cost and a lifetime worth of benefits to the individual and the community.
